      The 'Mauna Loa' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Mauna Loa') is a striking, fiery-orange tetraploid perennial known for its large, 5-inch amber-gold blossoms and ruffled, deep red wire edges. This vibrant daylily is highly attractive to butterflies and other pollinators, while remaining notably resistant to rabbits and urban pollution. The flowers possess a distinct light-green throat and typically last just 24 hours, continually opening up fresh blooms on sturdy scapes throughout the summer
